January Goals

I am not making any resolutions but I am keeping up with my monthly goals! 

 Here is how December went down:

Finish putting the living room back together -  this was a HUGE success. We feel like we have gained so much room and yes we still have the Christmas decorations up! Don't judge us, I got a late start decorating and I want to take it all in.

December Daily books - maybe this year!

Put Recipe binder together. - did it and have already used it!

Sort and decide which pictures to hang- this took a back seat to just enjoying Christmas. I put them in a corner and just let it go.

January

Take down Christmas decorations - :( 

Send out Christmas  New Year letters to our families.

Sort and decide which pictures to hang

Continue with my daily devotions - I use this plan by Jen, I am currently working my way through Ephesians 1.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

I hope you had a very merry Christmas and are having a start to a wonderful New Year.  We had a very crazy December with mommy working a crazy week, everyone getting sick, parties and celebrating the birth of our Savior.

We are ready for this new year but I leave you with our "Christmas" cards that have yet to be mailed!

December Goals

Here's how November went down:

Blog more - shooting for at least 2 times a week. - Did much better with this and learned how to schedule posts.

 Finish my 2013 December Daily book: Yep it's still on the list, I've already decided that for 2014 I will be doing a digital "book."  Well...about that.

Family Photos: get these done. We have done these the last 2 years and I really enjoy this yearly tradition. We have these scheduled for after Christmas.

Stick to our Black Friday List. - We did really good with this and actually ended up not getting things that we originally had on the list.

 Get us on a cleaning schedule.- I have 2 kids it's like they know the house is clean and they decide to wreak it! I am not going to kill myself to keep this house spotless because I would never sleep if I did that but bathrooms have to get cleaned, sheets have to be washed, and laundry has to be washed. I just needed to get those things on a better schedule and now they are! 


December:

Finish putting the living room back together, we sold the entertainment center so now I get to have fun redesigning.

December Daily books - I just want to start working on last years...I can't even get that far.

Put Recipe binder together.

Sort and decide which pictures to hang. 

I am stopping there because it's Christmas time and let's be honest it's going get crazy!
